"As well as being a tournament for all categories, this will be the qualifying IV (Black Belt) from the ITF Spain/Fite for the World Championships 2010 in Korea. We have confirmed Master Nestor Galarraga, VIII Dan, who will attend with a delegation of Argentinian competitors. There will also be present fights of the International Taekwondo Circuit, which will be broadcast by Webdigital.tv. (Channel 17 sports). Those who wish to propose a competitor on the international circuit should send a sports resume."

The seminar will end with an ITF black belt exam conducted by President Choi, Jung Hwa on May 7, 2009 followed by an International Tournament the next day.
